Eulalie became a Windworks club member in the late 1990s and has been sailing professionally for Windworks since 2007. She is a USCG licensed 100-ton Master of Inland Waters and Mate of Near Coastal Waters. She is also a US SAILING Certified Instructor for Bareboat Cruising, Basic Cruising, and Basic Keelboat.
Eulalie has been Mate aboard deliveries around the Pacific Ocean from California to Baja and from Mexico to French Polynesia. From Polynesia, she sailed to Hawaii, and Hawaii to Seattle. Other places she has sailed include the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, the British Virgin Islands, Southeast Alaska, Florida’s Biscayne Bay, Chesapeake Bay, Long Island Sound, and Lake Ontario. In the Northwest, she has sailed throughout the Salish Sea and along the west coast of Vancouver Island to Barclay Sound.
Eulalie and her husband, Eric, have been sailing together since 1978, when they met at the University of Washington’s School of Marine and Environmental Affairs. Currently, they have embarked upon an extended cruising adventure of their own aboard their sailboat, the Elizabeth Jean, a 1985 Passport 40, and are heading to Mexico.
