Our US Sailing Instructors will take you through the steps required to make controlled departures and dock arrivals.
Understanding the dynamics of prop walk, prop wash, boat speed and momentum, line handling and crew communication can take the mystery and unpredictability out of your docking experience. Developing skills at leaving or arriving at any dock regardless of the weather conditions even when there are other boats close at hand is critical to enjoying your time on the water.
